@Cbass15 open the apk using 7zip & go to res/raw. here you can delete the dictionairies you dont use. close 7zip & replace the apk & reboot

I was asking how do you resize it to make the keyboard smaller. That wasn't me asking about dictionaries lol.

oh sorry i missunderstand... with smaller i thought you mean the (apk) size.....
but you mean the size on screen sorry again. i dont know if its even possible to resize it... but you can try this:

decompile apk
go to LatinImeGoogle.apk\res\values
edit this line "<dimen name="config_default_keyboard_height">205.6dip</dimen>" you need to experiment a bit with this value
recompile & replace keyboard from system with this.

When you're rooted, you can change this with xposed and an app called app settings. With it you can lower the dpi for each app individually
