If you use dotfred' taskmgr.exe you can check from there those two services running or not, you can also launch them using that taskmgr.

For footprints there maybe other issues too, a package called footprintVE maybe missing. But I clearly remember on your first released 21054 lite rom it is working well. maybe there is also something else missing. Bcz on the stock rom if i tap on footprints pics, it show up an animation effect to display the details.

EDIT: Oh I forgot to mention that for footprints, the function of those two services is to show the correct region name before you save a new footprints.

After those services running, make sure googlemaps show correct location first, see can you update the weather on home tab.

The m2d version that im using maybe differ from yours too. I am using a Chinese characterized one, but is same build 19191432.

Edit Again: If you are using Russian ROM. and some files inside Windows folder trlated to this is named xxxxxx.0409.mui, you need to rename it to xxxxxxx.0419.mui, that's what I did in my Chinese ROM (rename to xxxxxx.0804.mui)

The M2D I am using is downloaded from here. The download link is this line : Manila 2D (TouchFLO 2D)马尼拉桌面 1919 V2.2.QVGA
It is translated from a Russian version and the file Manila2D.exe.0419.mui is still there. You can check the files inside the cab.

Tweak to enable Landscape option in screen setting

Under registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\GDI\Rotation], it have to be like that

I didn't test it, but new dll has several new functions.
You will get troubles if some of the Mega packages depends on these new functions.

Now I'm testing HTCUtil 3_22_0_0 and everything works fine, if I have problems report them here

If your EzInput 2.1 cannot remember custom words after soft reset, use IME_Engine_Western_2_1_19171325_00
in place of mega version IME_Engine_Western_2_1_19191429_00.

I found better solution for My Word Fix

Just redirect two files to right folder and all will work correctly (i am using EzInput from MEGA v2.1.19191429)
