Don't worry and enjoy your holiday, which is most important right now!

---

We won't count your grammatical errors, because most of us aren't native English speakers ourselves (I think).

As long as it's understandable, don't bother

---

Did you try an alternative dialer(app)?

---

Exclude the NVRAM-file of your spf-backup while posting it, because there's your IMEI in it, which belong to your phone only. It shouldn't be shared (that way).

---

Your phone doesn't run away.

Regards

New OTA-update to v102.

Comes with some rooting problems afterwards, because vroot didn't work (for my 9976A anymore).

Had to flash autoCWM first and use CFs UPDATE_SuperSu.zip

Yeah, I have TWRP installed (not autoCWM) and trying to flash UPDATE_SuperSu v2.02 failed. any advice?

Sigh. Nice phone, wish it were easier to root.

I hear you, don't like the rooting(problems) either.

I used vroot (windows), before using the update.zip, because v100 was able to be rooted that way easily.
Didn't work (successfully) with v102, so I used chainfires update.zip with the autoCWM (TWRP should be fine too), which I've got by doing my SPF-Backup.

---

Maybe does the "strange rabbit"-root-program for the 9976T work for the 9976A, too?
The T-model uses a higher clocked MTK-CPU.

It's my backup-strategy for obtaining root.

Hi everybody
I'm trying to flash the CWM recovery
I already installed the SP flashtools. But when I have all process ready to start, I connect the phone (power off) and nothing hapens... the process doesn't start. So I'm thinking is due to a drivers problem...
I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits. I googled a lot, and found several possible drivers... I installed them... but no one works...

Anyone can give me a useful drivers for W7 64 bits???

Thanks in advance.
Regards
Alberto

Thank you for those links.
I am cooking a rom for the 9976T based upon the stock rom, and installable by TWRP/CWM.
This is almost finished but the last thing that I have to solve is the language point.
It just proposes English and China.
@thor2001 If you have an idea where to solve this problem I would be grateful.
