Need help now!! Urgent issue

For some reason my tilt 2 keeps going into sleep mode every like 6-10 seconds it doesnt matter what im diong i can be browsing the internet or just usuing the phone n it will go into sleep mode cant figure it out im using the deep shining v12 rom
please help
heres the steps ive taken
soft reset
hard reset worked for a little
flahsed v12
booted andriod
now the issue is back

Hard reset again, or even better try changing ROM
And check every external app you install till you get the prob again...

i know this might sound stupid but when I moved from Wizard to the the TP2 it kept switching off when I had the keyboard open. It turned out that being right handed I held the unit with my left hand and my index finger was accidently touching the power button and switching the phone off. It took a couple of hours before I realised what was going on. I very nearly rreturned the phone as faulty
