The adb sideload feature doesn't work on my HD. Updating CM11 Nightlies removes the play store. Besides that, it sometimes just hard reboots on me out of nowhere. Most other features work for me. But these few need a little more work.

That's odd. Sideload has worked without question for me, at least when I sideload root.

Having updated CM11 Nightlies, so I haven't seen playstore disappear. I wonder if that's more of a CM11 issue than a TWRP issue? Be curious to find out though.

This is ONLY for users that have upgraded to stock KitKat
You must have an unlocked bootloader to use custom recovery

Download: TWRP2710-RAZR-HD_M-KITKAT.img

To install you must have fastboot set up on your pc and then:
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery ]TWRP2710-RAZR-HD_M-KITKAT.img
You can then flash the root package of your choice.

Enjoy!
Thank you. I linked this thread to the RAZR M forum to help with ease of finding it.

I can't flash. I'm using mfastboot, so that takes care of the "variable not supported" problem, but I'm still getting an error of "FAILED (remote failure)". This is not just limited to TWRP, but also appears with CWM. Can someone tell me what is going on?
