for me the rom is very slow. Even my desire S with 4.4.4 is faster loading apps, but crashes more often

I installed google search and i takes 92% of battery. Is this happening to you too?

This ROM is still under development (I think) and I don't think it's advisable to use this as a daily driver.

I believe you. One V is really slow phone(that's why everybody is unlocking it) and has too bad specification to handle CyanogenMod 11 at all. Android at version 4.2 and higher recommends to use phones which has at least 768 MB RAM. Android 4.4 should have at least 1 GB RAM(for me) and quad core CPU. Personally I recommend to use Android 4.1.x or lower on it. Newer versions haven't got even sense to install on One V

Didn't KitKat lower memory requirements to 512MB of RAM?

Does this rom got ART mode? 512MB requirement is for ART mode only. If you run KitKat in dalvik mode, min. requirement should be 1GB and 768MB for Jelly Beans and 512MB for ICS.

It does, but for some reason it is much slower than dalvik and takes too much memory
