Hi mate,
I broke my IMEI numbers and baseband then I was able to fix it with NVRAM backup.
This backup is from my device. It may not work for you butif you don't have any other solution just try it

Procedure

1- Root your device with framaroot.

2- Install busybox from play store. Update and install SuperSU and Busybox binaries.

3- Install MTK Droid Root&Tools v2.4.8 on your computer
MtkDroidTools_v248.exe http://dfiles.eu/files/fmnok7ke7

3- Turn on usb debugging on your phone. Unknown sources should be on as well.

4- Run MTK Droid Tools and connect your phone via usb cable.

5- Click Root button(next to the ADB Terminal button) on MTK Droid Tools

5- When it says done, it should be written Root Shell next to green box.

6- Download rar file from here. Then extract it as somewhere you know.

7- Click IMEI/NVRAM on program. Click restore and choose files you downloaded.

8- Click reboot on program.

9- When phone is turned on, you will see baseband number is back but IMEI's are still null.

10-Click root, make sure it has written Root Shell next to green box.

11-Click IMEI/NVRAM

12- Write IMEI. (should work for both IMEI 1 and IMEI 2)

13- Restart your Xperia C
