Edit 1: Flashing now, full wipe after a nandroid... fingers crossed!

Edit 2: Fast first boot, 2 package access helper FCs about 2 minutes after boot

Edit 3: Calls are not working (aLogcat showed literally NOTHING in the radio log when placing a call to voicemail) and Titanium Backup keeps freezing when restoring my apps (not system apps, and just apps without data)

Also it seemed as though there wasnt any real performance increase to note on my m7vzw, you may want to leave the old kernel for that device.
You may need a new firmware for this kernel....

I remember similar reports from verizon users...

I am running this build/kernel. No issues. The no radio is a issue with almost all Roms lately. Just reboot and your radio will be reactivated. I have not been able to track the issue with the radio.
I'm down with the SIXness

The no radio is not an issue on any ROMs I run, and multiple reboots yield the same result. Are you on the m7 or m7vzw build?

THX semdoc for building the Rom with The msm kernel.

I am in love with this rom since i have flashed it the first time. But The kernel was a bit of an overkill dont get me wrong, neo has done an amazing job, but the phone was running very hot.

Has anybody tested the msm build and could answer me a few questions?

Is it stable enougth to be a daily driver?
Does it run cooler as neos kernel?

Hi popy.

Running m7ul with his new kernel. Runs a treat. No over heating, much longer battery life (in on 62% @7:09pm now after up and running since 6am medium usage)

Failing that you can always use tiny's kernel with it, also runs a treat. In trying out tiny @ the moment to compare, both seem pretty evenly matched from what I've seen.

No call issues like I have previously experienced (my previous issue was no voice on calls with different kernels ie. Tiny)

Hope that helps,

Regards
