if you cannot get it repaired under warranty or use insurance then not sure what you can do, I've been inside the Z1 and repaired it myself but it is not an easy task, sounds like the main board has failed or the battery

no light or sound when connect with charger..so i guess its hardbrick and only can sell it for parts on ebay

I wouldn't give up just yet, leave the charger connected for a good day at least - try a combination of holding down the volume up or down button while connecting the charger and pressing holding the power button (make sure the charger is original and working)

I seen these just spring back into life after a long charger connect and button combinations - it could be just a completely flat battery
