Yes, dirty flash is ok but always full wipe if there is a new base

Hi guys. Couple of things I need help with.
Can anyone please confirm that wifi hotspot is working on latest r39? (I'm not aware of usability on previous 4.4.3 versions). Using stock nor custom kernel I can make it work. Mac connects to the network but no data goes though. Yup, somehow it was acting funny, it does work.
Is there any way to get back the stock HTC sense per-app color palette? I mean, now phone app is yellow, it use to be blue. Settings and some system UI elements are orange-ish, were green. It would be awesome if you consider keeping the stock theme as much as stock it could visually be. Current choice looks odd to me. It was a matter of the default theme (settings>personalize>themes) being changed to a different one
Is the pick-up to auto answer call gesture under settings>call>other settings actually working? yup

Nope that is not a full rom. R36 over Full ROM IC M7 SVN on R35 4.0.2.zip. Also in the updater app or you can download it here.
I have problem with lockscreen. If I lock the screen and immediately wake it up again there's delay of many seconds. Could someone check my logcat? I locked and waked three times in this log. I'm on 4.0.1 and 17.1. No matter what wakes I use. Button, gestures and kernel based all give the same results. It's been around for some time now. Many IC and EX versions.

To check OTA update go to -> Settings – About – Software update. Click on Check now and wait if there will be OTA you will receive notification
Latest TWRP Recovery is needed to install OTA updates.
- InsertCoin ROM has identification of 3 numbers, like 1.0.0
