Perfect thanks! I was able to successfully apply the OTA. Lost root in the process but I know how to regain root access and will do that when I have time.

Im assuming this removes the red print from the splash screen?

Will running the RUU posted in the op return to 100% stock removing that annoying red small print from the splash screen?

Yes it will, all will be back to bare bone stock. All was for me, except for on the hboot screen. Mine shows that I have s-off and is unlocked still.
