Don't worry. Don't hesitate. Now you can simply goto software update in settings and get KitKat update. And even all your apps will remain safe.

OK then :
If you have windows 7 then enable test mode. Search that over Google, you will figure out. In case of windows 8 you will have to do advanced startup then choose disable driver signature.
Then Uninstall the initially installed drivers and install the correct driver again. An confirmation about driver signature but select install anyway.
Then proceed with sp flash

Any problem then pm me.

I managed to make a custom Rom for canvas Knight.

Features:

Fully Deodexed.

No crapware from Micromax.

No registration again and again with micromax.

Removed 3G and G sings from status bar.

Battery percentage in the battery itself.

All system apps upto date.

Colored System Settings icon.

Faster than stock kitkat.

Clear recent task button.

Expandable volume panel where you can adjust all system volumes altogether.

Full screened caller screen.

Unknown contact picture added.

No dialtone while on call.

Call connect/disconnect vibration.

Coloured battery icon for better visibility.

No more default micromax ringtones.

Default music player replaced with full functional PowerAmp.

Centered clock for nice UI feel.

No more confirmation dialogue for usb storage connect.

Full featured power menu containing options for going to recovery and data mode.

Kill apps by long pressing back button.

Better screen off effects.

Hold volume rocker to change song.

More mods coming soon.

Will upload it as soon as i finish it up.
