installed the latest update from app
still the s2w works for a little time after reboot then it stops working
never had this before on the viperone
if i unable it in viper tweaks it works all the time
maybe a good idea that flar2 contact jan from viperone for this problem
they can understand it better what is going on
Agreed. From a kernel side it either does or doesn't work. Failing after a while could be ROM related.Sounds like a conflict to me, and more ROM issue rather than kernel.
Guess S2W should be disabled in Viper tweaks then.
Maybe viper team should look into it. If it fail after it has been working what does the s2w value show in /sys/android_touch?installed the latest update from app

Yeah, on the same note this isn't the first time where Viper had something implemented that conflicts with custom kernels.
Bottom line is, if you dont want conflicts or headaches then just use the included Viper kernel.
Doesn't viper use the stock kernel?
Basically you just have to make sure venom tweaks has the same settings as elementalx.conf.
Venom tweaks will always override elementalx.conf because it runs later in the startup. Not sue if it runs before or after the elementalx app, it would be a race since both apply on boot completed.
Ok just updated to ARHD 81.
Bought the app, installed kernel from the app. Everything is fine and dandy. but I have a question.
what do the "Down Arrows" in the app mean on the right of all selections.
I figured out if you tap on the text it brings up options, but the arrow turns on/off? what is that for the "Express install"???
Thanks.
@flar2
Just noticed also with the ElementalX app & 17.1 kernel for 4.4.3 that i set the graphics to 410 in Aroma, but everytime i restart my phone it is reset back to 450? is there a way to fix this?
???
My friend with the stock rom 443 when flash the ElementalX 17 lost the ROOT...
I haven't any problem with the Viper... I'm on IC ROM

Search for elementalx beta on g+ firstgetting "item not found" here in Google play. can anyone send me the correct link for the app? thanks
