Yes, try Current Caller Id, by White Pages. Out of all the other ones I've tried so far this one works the best.

Except calls from London UK show up as Boise ID or some other city in ID.

same here.
I am on tmobile & on note 3. My wifes phone is a nexus 5. Both are on tmobile. The nexus 5 always shows city and state of a caller with number. But my note 3 only shows the number.

Both the instance is true considering the caller is not on the phone book. If it is on the phone book it always shows the number & name.

Any haqs?
