We're mostly Aussies. I have a similar problem but cannot call using 4g
The Whirlpool thread is:

I found that My APN settings were incorrect once I did the conversion. Once I entered them manually, I've been able to get 4G.

I think Reserve4.IMG has a few pre-installed (bloatware) apps on, which are kept in the 'reserve' folder. On ColorOS it's things like Weibo and Amap, amongst others.

If you uninstall these apps, they get reinstalled on the next reboot unless you delete them from that folder with something like Root Explorer.

From my OPO
Current: OnePlus One (64GB/CN) // Huawei Mediapad X1 // HTC One 802w // iPhone 5s
Previous: Find 5 // Note 2 // Note 1 // iPhone 4 // S2 // iPhone // D500 // Nokia 7710 (Matrix Phone!) // Nokia 3210

Pre-rooted/Googled N7102 stock ROM 4.1.2 // Reset flash counter N7102 // Flash N7102 guide // S Note English templates for N7102 (from N7100)
