How old is your battery? Have u tried TW based rom or even stock rom? In KK roms try using cpu manager such as No frill Cpu to set min cpu clock to 500 mhz n see

battery ... bought it 8 month ago ! n7000 original !
befor installing CM or Omni i have 4.1.2 stock rom and dont have this problem !
ok . set min cpu clock to 500 mhz and test it ...

Try giving it some time. I used to have S.O.D for almost 6 mths before it disappears by itself.. but if problem persists means your device just ain't suitable for AOSP.

Use patched update-binary to flash KitKat rom in old recovery no problem.

Yeah, I used to use OmniROM but I've been using CarbonROM for the last several months (must update my signature). Mainly switched because the developers of OmniROM are treating nighties as stables so most patches don't get merged until there are 0 problems with them.
I compiled OmniROM with just a few cherry picks (notifications on the lockscreen, a couple of permonace improvements, UI changes etc.) to suit my needs.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000
ROM: Homemade OmniROM KitKat 4.4 with a few cherry-picks
Version: January 12th 2014
Kernel: Stock Kernel
