What tips do you need? Decompile it, edit it, recompile it.

i done everything but when moving it back into the system/framework it says read only file system ;(

edit it didnt work after sucesfully moving it :S

If it doesn't work then something you edited isn't right. I would go back and double check it.

I am doing something wrong. I use this tool to decompile, however int the file PhoneWindowManager.smali I can not find the line that needs to be deleted. Location of PhoneWindowManager.smali is a bit different it is in the: com/android/internal/policy/impl/PhoneWindowManager.
Any suggestions?
