Default LG Flash Tool pop-up question

I'm trying to restore my Verizon LG G3 (VS985) and when I get to the point where I run the LGFlashTool.exe I get a pop-up titled "DBMS" and I have 4 options:

1) "?? ?? (Korea Factory)
2) "China / Brazil Factory [NLGICCJMP]
3) "Others (Global Service, BRC, ...) [NPINLOCAL]
4) "For Test"

Does anybody know which one I'm supposed to choose? Thanks for the help.

Default way to return to unroot?

Hello all . After trying to copy the xml files to change the camera mod i realised that i mesed up with the camera apk and i couldnt record video!!!
The point is that i make about 2 factory reset one normal mode and one from recovery. the camera still force closed!!
I have G3 D855 rooted with stump root.
After that i conect the phone with The LG suite and i clicked on <smarthphone> and after <recovery from update errors>
the phone restart and make a firmware update.
After that camera works and the video recordering also
But the phone has lost its root ....
I am wondering if i lost the root and if i send it for the waranty for any other reason, will they anderstund that the phone was rooted before ??
I also checked with the rooter check apk and it says that your devise has not root permisions
Please if enyone know that answer me !
Thank you all and sorry for my english !!!!
