Default No bootloader

I have a Lg-V500. Android SDK is installed. I can't for the life of me get bootloader going when I enter command it just restarts G Pad. Even I I try using...TWRP,Quick boot or Flashify Apps. The only thing I could think of is when I installed Google drivers my G Pad was listed in mobile devices wit no yellow triangle. Adb is able to sense its connected. I am also having problems downloading TWRP but that may be because there is no bootloader. I am new to all this so I am sorry if this has been asked or is ridiculously noobish. I would really apopreciate the help.
