I broke my IMEI numbers and baseband then I was able to fix it with NVRAM backup.
This backup is from my device. It may not work for you butif you don't have any other solution just try it
1- Root your device with framaroot.
2- Install busybox from play store. Update and install SuperSU and Busybox binaries.
3- Install MTK Droid Root&Tools v2.4.8 on your computer
3- Turn on usb debugging on your phone. Unknown sources should be on as well.
4- Run MTK Droid Tools and connect your phone via usb cable.
5- Click Root button(next to the ADB Terminal button) on MTK Droid Tools
5- When it says done, it should be written Root Shell next to green box.
6- Download rar file from here. Then extract it as somewhere you know.
7- Click IMEI/NVRAM on program. Click restore and choose files you downloaded.
8- Click reboot on program.
9- When phone is turned on, you will see baseband number is back but IMEI's are still null.
10-Click root, make sure it has written Root Shell next to green box.
12- Write IMEI. (should work for both IMEI 1 and IMEI 2)
13- Restart your Xperia C
