Check the model number. If it's not L710 then no.

My ROM: WICKED X

Maybe it's already been noted somewhere in this thread, but you forgot to include the Home button. Actually it's: Power button + Home button + Volume Down.

Thanks for posting the update file. Worked perfectly for me, after the correction above.

Ugh, I'm probably going to have to do this. Is there a way to get it all without Knox?

Thanks.

I'm probably getting a new phone in the next few months anyway, might as well dive in and get up to date on my current one.

exactly! And don't get all worked up over Knox, cause it ain't no big thing (unless you're into freakin out over voided warranties)

But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read up first, and don't try to downgrade if u run into problems...

So, just a quick recap..

If I use this via ODIN, I can do so over a semi stock rooted 4.1.1 with a custom recovery?

That would leave me with 100% stock 4.4 (Kit Kat) (not concerned about my, going to do a full wipe anyways before I Odin just to be safer)

Then I would need to flash a custom recovery in Odin and reroot via CF autoroot?

Yes. You don't even need auto-root. After you Odin custom recovery you can just flash SuperSU zip from there. I would recommend philz recovery. It seems to be the only one that no one has had any issues with on ND8.
