EDIT: Actually AOKP tries to show NaviBar in landscape but forgets to do it vertically. The left most button is shown only if your have 5 buttons. If the number of buttons < 5 you see an empty slot only.
I think I found temporary solution bcoz I found another dependency. It's dpi.
Always, when I install new rom, first what I'm doing is change dpi from default to my favourite 220. So, here is a problem with NEW AOKP roms, if your dpi is greater or equal than 240 your nav buttons disappear in landscape orientation! And interesting is that there isn't noting - no buttons, even transparent, only black nav bar.
But my solution is to change dpi little above 240, that's mean 241 dpi is good enough for me, and this works (but I'm using Texdroider from GP, not options in settings Interface/More/LCD density - I don't know if depends or not).
Interesting isn't it?
