problem with notification bar

hey guys!
Sometimes I can't drag down my notificationbar, I tested with a app to see the touch and realized the touch doesn't work there. anyone knows what I should do? thanks for answer

it's not any rom problem, it was same with stock rom

how do i flash kernel? ive forgot if i have done it or not, i have rooted the phone and have s-off and have custom rom cm 10.2

fastboot flash flash boot.img in adb.

personally, i think its a hardware fault because you report your touch not being registered.

and for a quick but hazardous way, you can try banging the phone against a wall.

ive flashed boot.img and its same ****, and ive tried banging and still didnt work

having similar problem
my pull down notification bar stop working on apps drawer and all opening apps.
i can only pull down the notification bar on homescreen.
what did i do wrong?

::Update::
Clearly i will need screen replacement soon.
As for the moment, will use Status Bar Shake Opener
