Well OnePlus announced that they will most probably start a pre-order system eliminating the invite system.

Probably late October.. So if you can hold off a little longer you can get it directly from them and don't worry about warranties..

They replied very quickly for me (after the auto reply), perhaps keep sending the message until they notice. I ordered a 64gb OPO, awaiting delivery.

EDIT: Phone has finally come! Jack Ma told me it was delayed as trucks were being inspected heavily by customs. Seems to be on CM11S and the OTAs are slowly coming through.
