I am using Note 3 SM-N9005, with ROM SlimKat 4.4.4 build 7.6 Weekly.
Tried everything possibly installing your Call Recorder from Playstore.
Installed your fix, and Superuser says Recording Fix granted.

Now, Call Recorder works fine, but only records my own voice!!!
Voice from other side sounds extremely faint, obviously only coming from built-in speaker...
Did I do anything wrong?

Thank you very much in advance for your appreciated help.

Try increasing volume while you are on call and check, otherwise lots N9005 users using this without any issue.

I've uninstalled both your app and your fix first,
then downloaded your app from Playstore and installed it.
Tested, but I could hear only my own voice.
Next, I've installed your fix and applied it.
Tested again, but I am still hearing ONLY MY OWN VOICE, even with maximum volume...
Could this happen because I am using a custom ROM, which I've mentioned before?
Still hoping you can help me out...

You are on non tw rom then it may not work.
Also note that applying fix one time is irreversible unless you flash rom. So no needs to repeat. Though it won't break anything if you reapply.

Okay, I understand now. I'm using this custom ROM:

Any possibility you could take a look at it and hopefully create a working patch?
You would make both me and a lot of other customers very happy!
Many thanks in advance!
