I don't know weather I have installed the wrong version (for the EU, maybe, because it has the hard home button), but any help would be appreciated.

I'd like to know, is anyone else having this problem?? I didn't see it in the bugs list, but I've been wrong before.

At the moment, I am having to use an app that floats a home button on the screen.

Thanks for your help (especially Androthan),
Henry Hilliard

Have you installed GAPPS? If yes, are they installed together?

I don't think it's GAPPS problem but if you try to install GAPPS & ROM again, just use the file in the first post.

To answer your question, I have not installed the GAPPS package.

Would installing GAPPS fix the home button issue? That seems odd.
And, how would I flash anything without a bootable recovery? Would I have to install the whole thing again?

So many questions...

Thanks again,
Henry Hilliard

@Androthan

as you already improved and recompiled the kernel , do you think it would be possible to include the vodoo-sound kernel-modules into your kernel?

best Regards

Phone Home Button
@Androthan (or anyone else),

Is there a second kernel available for the US version (capacitive home button) like there is for your build of CM7? Any help would be appriciated.

Kind Regards,
Henry Hilliard

When you say this, are you referring to your own Player? Or are you referring to what you think your custom ROM supports?

I own a US Galaxy Player, but I was wondering if I had installed the incorrect kernel for it. There should be a separate kernel for each device: EU and US, if I am not mistaken.

Thank you,
