I don't think the MMB team was successful in getting B2G working for the Gio. I don't know if it's possible on ARMv6. Anyways, if you want the sources, go to the Github link on the post above yours (or two posts above this) and switch the branch to b2g. You'll need a bit of common knowledge or know-how to sync the sources from the default.xml. Though like I said, it might be a waste of your time if it isn't possible on ARMv6. So I'd read a bit more if I was planning to try to build b2g for Gio.

True, at the moment, it's not possible for ARMv6 devices. You should patch the whole core Gecko parts to make it booting on such devices.

Just to mention, RPi is armv6 based.

Regards,

It's said that is using heavy-patched sources and no input device is supported... So it'd be really hard to adapt it for the Gio.

At first glance it didn't seem so hard, looking at FFOS porting web page where it is said OS reuses existing CM11 components and considering work done by androidArmv6 team, we could easily think project is feasible no?
It's hard to evaluate complexity expecially for someone not knowing very well the subject...but if someone could explain where lies the difficulties this would give an idea about why you are so pessimistic.

Just try with playing with some settings.
How much WiFi is draining your battery? Maybe a screenshot of Battery Stats would give more info.
