I have same problem, my rom is kitkat and now i use nightly but they are same in their bluetooth function, the problem is on their service, when you open file transfer take a look a running service of bluetooh you will find 9 services. On kitkat, i can stop the service of bluetooth named ftp service so i can transfer file after stop its service, but on nightly i can't because service of bluetooth disappeared fast. as far I use my device i have no way to stop blutooth ftp service except by open running service on setting > apps. btw do you know how to stop one of services on running services of apps?
