GSAM really helps save battery. You can also download Battery Doctor, it has 1 touch icon that would kill all unwanted apps running in the background. :)

What kind of screen on time you guys get with heavy usage like browsing the Web? Almost continuous usage. All I see are battery results that have a lot of stand by time. Thinking about getting this phone

HTC ONE? then I wont buy the phone. Hardware is good, but software is not gr8. I get just over 4 hours of almost constant usage screen on time. Wechat, wharsapp, opera mini and some gaming. Battery life not that good for me, but not useless:)

I have noticed that playing Riptide can burn my battery in less than 100 minutes but if I want to save battery I can get more than 7,5 days out of it.

Had my phone connected to wifi network for the whole day and took my phone around 8 hours until 15% :confused:

Usually my battery lasts 2-3 days. The attached photo is from a month ago.

To shed some light to the situation, I use Samsung Galaxy S3 as well. None of the phones is the primary one since I use them somewhat equally (P6 is useda little bit more than the S3).

Sometimes when I don't use the Galaxy S3 (like when installing ROMs), the battery on the P6 is from 1.5 - 2 days.

Usually my P6's battery last 2 days (switching it off during the night), with 3h or 3h and 30min of screen turned on.

When i don't use the phone, i always switch off mobile data, wifi etc.. for me battery life it's not bad but it's not so good.
It's ok.. i'm happy with it and it's not a problem :good:

I've used a Galaxy S3 last winter, for 3-4 months.
I think that with screen on, battery life on S3 is greater than on P6, especially while browsing internet or playing games. But battery life on standby, with S3 wasn't good as on P6.. and if mobile data or wifi were turned on, it was terrible, like -10/15% per hour :mad:

At the end i also think that they are equally about battery life, but if you use a lot your phone, S3 is bit better than P6

you guys complain about battery life, but from at least two screens i saw here, you guys have major wakelocks!check the awake bar from the battery stats. It should be equal(or very little difference) to the screen on bar. Install wakelock detector to see what app is keeping your phone awake

hi,

since i change GooglePlayServicec to v 6.1.05, PlayStore to v4.9.13 and delete GoogleSearch my Battery on B512 holds double period.
4days with slightly use no Problem.

My battery life with heavy use. Had to work in the evening, and after that I went away with friends thats why it didn't lose much charge at the end of my day. This is from 10am till 4am (A)

edit:
This is on b634, no greenify or other apps used
