I have a ZTE Open, updated it to OPEN_FFOS_V1.1.0B01_TME - before I had rooted it! Is there any way to root it after this update? All the ways in "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2478426" don't work. (main problem and comment in adb: /system/bin/sh: su: not found - That is clear for me, it is not rooted!))

impossible
You can't root 1.1 firmware with the exploit of pof.eslack.org ( I've tested it with TME builds [telefonica movistar espaņa]) and you cannot flash
1.1dev build because of error with some asserts.

Your only option is downgrade to 1.0 and root from there!
