Not really, all major roms are still developing their official nightlies etc for Note 3. CM11, Slim, Carbon, LiquidSmooth, PAC, Dirty Unicorns. I switch between them constantly. All of them have their recent, October, nightlies out. Some others are not updated that often, like AOSB, or not at all, like C-Rom, but those Roms have same issue with all devices, not just our Note. And there are also less known ones, like Gummy, Vanir, AICP, also up to date (well, except Gummy as of recently). If you really want to be up to date and on bleeding edge of developments, try Temasek's unofficial CM11.

So yes, Note3 development is pretty much alive, and maybe only shadowed by Nexus series.

After several more days, battery drain is much more significant than a few weeks ago. Looking at wakelock detector, I see Google services and nlpwakelock are crazy, which I have seen in the past. My guess is that this is Google's territory, but thought I'd ask anyways... Do you know if anything from CM11 or changes you have implemented could explain the sudden change?
