Hi, where do you get the october 15 update? I don't see it listed. Could you provide me a link to download it?

thank you so much for providing me the link to download it. Let me try it as I still use the july that is posted on the first page..

I see the oct 17 one is the latest. I will post later after I try the latest nightly...

@TheMorpheus I've forked proprietary_vendor_samsung on my github and I've uploaded the changes I've made onto this https://github.com/marco9333/proprietary_vendor_samsung
Can you try this? Don't cherry-pick just the last commit because I've rewritten part of the history to remove the "problematic blobs", but instead pull the whole repo :D

Edit: I forgot https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/c/6093 this removes 1080p choiche in the camera app

Great! Is it possible to add it in the next onmi update? Since they remove the Sam codecs the vídeos are not working (14 or 15 october)

I've removed (just disabled actually) the samsung codecs since their aren't working as they should. TheMorpheus can add this fix in his unofficial build (it's up to him) but I can't add into official rom because this revert an old commit, which updates the binary blobs, and it isn't related only to our device. Plus I prefer not to add proprietary binaries into our repo. Anyway I'll try to find a way to include this :D

    This is an Unofficial build of OmniRom so aspect some problems and no support. That said the rom is rock stable and I've been using it for more than a month as daily driver.
    I'm not a developer (yet), I'm just a builder and I'm enjoy build and test new stuff (cherry-pick); normally I'm bulding one new rom per day but it can and it will happen that it will pass more than a day from one build and another.

    Got a bug report on the merged feature (the one not cherry-picked by me)? Want to request a feature?​


    You need a recovery that support SELinux. I've been using @iofthestorm's TWRP 2.6.3.1
    How to Install Coming From Another Rom
    • Copy the rom on the internal memory or on the Sdcard
