Same problem here, I do get Failed to mount E: near the end which seems to refer to my data partition. once this happens till I reboot i cant mount, unmount or format my data till I reset.

Seems to get stuck at booting primary image never gets passed the boot loader.

For me it just seems to think its flashed the rom when all it has done is format the device. Reflashed a stock rom and its all fine but I was really hoping to try Omnirom. Had this tablet for 3 years now. I want to keep it alive as long as I can.

Which bootloader are you using man? Im using good old skrilax BL 8 and works like a charm. Also, your cwm version might be causing the problems. Have you tried to flash a new recovery?

Im also using the skrilax BL 8. On my recovery partition I have Ra's recovery installed. On the secondary partition I have CWM from this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2583710

Well I have CWM as my main recovery in the recovery partition so, I guess thats It. Have you tried flashing the rom using CWM 6.0.4.5 as the main recovery? May be it works.

I haven't tried it. I don't really know how to replace Ra's with CWM. Would you know?
I assume I could use fastboot and do fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Would that get rid of the Ra recovery and replace it with CWM

I absolutely love this ROM. I was thinking about buying a new tablet but this has given my trusty acer new lease of life thanks!

Could it be possible to add it in the ROM Please. Without this, it won't work. The file is to push under /system/lib/hw

+1 to this, it would be the icing on the cake for me if you were able to bake it in please.

Got this installed a couple of hours ago after two days of n00b fumbling. Had factory reset my a500 and was super disappoijted with stock Honeycomb so I rooted my tablet for the first time to grab this.

I'm impressed to say the least. Very snappy, no bugs or crashes now after the n00b problems that were my own fault. I don't care for the launcher but of course changing it was no problem.

Thanks for making me less sad that I can't afford a new tablet and am stuck with a JB phone with a locked bootloader.
