Hi heavycomfort

Can I ask what your resolution was for this in the end? I'm experiencing what sounds like the exact same issue and am wandering whether or not it needs to go back under warranty.

After months of troubleshooting (mainly to try and recover some data on the phone), I couldn't resolve this at all. Never got the phone out of a boot loop. Even attempting to factory reset it or reload the software via a pc failed. I ended up returning the phone and it was replaced under warranty.

I was told by the service centre that the internal memory chips had died.
