How come that people, at page 49 of this thread, is talking 'bout using this kernel on CM and PAC? Isn't this only for stock?

You are partly right. This kernel is for stock based roms but what is meant by that is a ROM that is working with a stock kernel. Pac is one of these roms, as well as every ROM working on locked bootloader. The roms for locked bootloader use the stock kernel with a trick to make it working with cm based rom and this trick will also work with the Williams kernel or doomkernel.

/!\ This doesn't mean in any way that you can use this kernel with a locked bootloader. You must have an unlocked bootloader but the kernel is compatible with roms designed for locked bootloader /!\

And by the way, please use the q&a thread that has been gently generated by a bot next time

Then I guess you tried to turn off msm_mpdecision and yes, this is a bug that your phone reboots when you try to deactivate it. I have the problem too.

If you entered a submenu with a lot of options to control then this is show-p's msm_mpdecision and if you try to deactivate it your phone will reboot.
