Could it be, that installing your full pimped kernel always defaults the build-date of the installed ROM to 1st of December 2013?
I'd have to check on the next CM11 nightly, but I think this might be my issue with CyanDelta not recognizing new updates...

If so, could you please fix that in the next build so it only overwrites the line with Kernel-version?
If not, my bad!

Running full pimped on CM11 nightly 2014-10-19

Nope, the kernel doesn't change any line, the line you see regarding kernel's name and date build is directly being read from the kernel it self,
the kernel doesn't add/edit any line in build.prop or any file in /system at all!

So try the next CM update and see if the problem persists, also please provide a screenshot of your Settings>About section

Regards,
Omar.

I saw that V22 was released, so I closed the thread so that no one posts about it
and I'm currently working on compiling V22, so please be patent

Regards,
Omar.

Ok, now that I checked the screenshot, as I told you this isn't kernel related
though it is weird to switch to this very specific date and time!! [2013/12/01 12:00:00]

Omar.
