@gchild320, a couple people mentioned that switching to libacdbloader from Flemmard fixes the audio distortion problem! Now, I have NO IDEA what that could possibly mean, but I thought I'd mention it to you to see if you are able to make sense out of it
If you are already aware of the issue and are already working on a fix, I apologize.

To each their own distro I mainly like Arch and Debian Based.
