Wow its good that I found this thread, its happenubg to me too. But not just the voice recorder, I use the "Capture, Smile" voice commands in Samsung Camera and those arent working either when Ok Google detection is turned on. And sometimes sounds of my recorded videos go out of sync with the video and thats a big dealbreaker. Ok google turned off no problems though.
