You do not need to delete anything

Just change

boot in recovery
mount system partition
adb pull /system/customize/ACC/default.xml

open default.xml
search for sku_id
change the value from 10 to 6
save
and push it back to device
adb push default.xml /system/customize/ACC/

and reboot.
HFA will not bother you any more.

however you will not be able to use any of the ## commands. which is anyways not required for GSM

for DATA on CDMA network only way to get it working to manually define APN.

After flashing,

1. Boot into new ROM without deleting anything
2. Once handsfree activation shows up, reboot into recovery
3. In recovery, delete HTCSetupWizard.apk
4. Wipe dalvik cache
5. Reboot and you should be done.

done as per said but still Hands free Activation is delaying to use Device.
Any more procedure todo

No idea... that procedure worked for me :s

Try to look around for solutions, and if you can't find any just flash a ROM that doesn't have HFA.
