I also have problem. When i install 092214 or 092014 keyboard won't start and only error messages are shown. I've tried wipe data+wipe cache+wipe dalvik. I am using LX 090614 kernel. 091814 works pretty well for me.

I don't know if this will help you but there's a later LX kernel, 15 September:

Lagging...
Guys,

I don't know what's happening but my phone's now very laggy. Now using the latest Vanir via OTA update (yesterday).

Slow to unlock/wake from sleep when the home key is pressed. Laggy and freezes when I try to see recent apps. Today, contacts took forever to show up, wouldn't load and I had to force home at least twice before it showed up. Whatsapp crashes. Notification screen crashed/hung once.

Getting to settings menu was horrible today and crashed when I tried to see apps and even tried moving apps caused a freeze. Had to battery pull once and powered off completely another time.

This has been slowly creeping up (see recent post). What's happening? Is anyone else getting these issues? Have I messed something up? I don't wanna switch ROM but I might have to try alternatives.

Thanks for any help great people!

4.4.4.102714 works well. I haven't noticed any problems.

Got the strangest thing here with the Oct. 27 build: on home screen, in apps and keyboard, the bottom 4 millimeters of the screen do not respond when tapping or swiping upwards (also tested with Yet Another Touchscreen Tester). However, when I pull down the notifications, the bottom of the screen DOES respond when swiping upwards from the absolute bottom. In the PIN screen, tapping on the emergency call button (which is positioned at the absolute bottom) works as well.

I have tried to copy all files related to the keyboard driver from a working Jelly Bean rom into this one, but without any results. I compared build.prop but did not find any relevant differences.

What's strange is that it seems to depend on which dialog is shown. What's also strange is that I can reach the bottom pixels within Yet Another Touchscreen Tester by dragging from a position above that 4mm border downwards.

maybe it's the old navbar problem, try enabling and disabling the navigation bar.
