Thumbs up Mic working great
Guys, if you have the chance, install newest Niaboc's rom (Existenz 3.1.0), that allows you to modify the microphone gain. With low sensitivity you can have great and high quality gig recordings. As soon as I can, I will upload a video of Kings of Leon, recorded with my Z2.

I'm also using Niaboc's Existens Rom (3.1.5). In the audio settings I set the microphone sensitivity to "low". Last night I visited the Kasabian concert here in Germany. I recorded in 4K and the audio is sounding way better, than without the audio mod. It's still far from perfect, but it's nice to see that there is something you can do about at least.

Here is the link to the video: http://youtu.be/uQCdTjUsAiM

Oh... as you can hear on the first (4min28) video it has stereo recording, and sometimes sounds like one side is blocked.
i assume thats because i'm incapable of holding the phone correctly ^^
Where are the microphones ? the 3 holes on the bottom and the one hole on the top ?

Can someone please tell me if the audio on the Z2 is any better at recording music and sound at gigs now that the Z2 has been updated to Android 4.4.4 or is it still as bad?

Are there any significant improvements?
