Changed Sim card and shows band 4 or 17 LTE but service state shows limited. Called MPCS had them refresh network to no avail...

Not sure what else to do at this point.

Update...LTE running fine now. Called (again) had them (again) refresh my network. Turned phone back on after operator stated it was refreshed and LTE finally connected.

My APN experience:
fast.metropcs.com- data ok/4g/lte but unable to receive mms
fast.t-mobile.com- everything works

Did the same, Mexigga. Gave my i317 to my wife and bought a t889 best decision. I noticed LTE is stable and faster.
