Liquid does not compile in an FM Radio app during the build process.
You would have to install an FM Radio app yourself: Spirit FM is probably the most compatible across various devices.

i have random screen blackouts where i have to force restart the phone. no issues with stock rom or others.

Chrome
Newest version of chrome will only open inside of the hover thing. At least I think that's what it's called. The feature where you open an app in a Window, not full screen. I don't even have it turned on, anyone know how to fix this?

Any ROM with floating windows is going to do it with the latest chrome/chrome beta apps.
Your easiest option is to just roll back to Chrome version 38.
