I first discovered XDA when I was an Apple fanboy. I was debating trying Android, and settled on trying the Samsung Note 10.1 2014. I've never looked back, though I'm still in a contract with my 4s.
2 weeks after I bought it, I came here again to solve my soft brick.
Now that I've decided to attempt development, I'm now officially signed up!
Came here looking to customize my (refurbished) Hisense Sero 7 Pro tablet. I quickly realized that I could also upgrade/update my Samsung Galaxy S Infuse 4G's OS to a more recent version of Android. Ive been trying to do that ever since the darn thing won't keep connected to my PC long enough to properly root it. So Im currently trying to figure that out and move on.
I can't wait till I can get a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact.
First came here a month ago looking for guides on how to root hisense u-980. Scoured the webz and found virtually nothing, at least the guys here could point me in the right direction. That's why im here.
Oh it's has been a year or so now that I first visited XDA
The first reason I visited XDA was I was looking into how to root my Sony Xperia Arc, was not very successful with thast device, as it is now sitting in a drawer bricked oops...
I have since successfully rooted and unlocked my Samasung S4 (SGH-i337m) no rooted and fully unlocked (Network, Rooted, Bands)
I have also rooted my HP Slate 7 2800 Tablet and I am looking to root and update the Ematic EGQ-327m or Digi-in EGQ-327m
XDA Developers was founded by developers, for developers. It is now a valuable resource for people who want to make the most of their mobile devices, from customizing the look and feel to adding new functionality. Are you a developer?
