Read previous posts upward. There's a guide
Regarding charging the battery when phone's off, it appears it's not possible yet. There's a work around if u get caught with a flat battery. Just let me know if it's the case

I have been downgraded my N7100 from KK to 4.1.2, experiencing the same issue with the battery (however, it does get charged while off, despite the battery icon stays grey and unanimated). Not to say, it's ten times smoother .

My question is: how long is the battery during to you all now ? I am hardly getting more than 4 hours of screen on...

Thank you guys for great thread,
I have 3 Ques.,
1. Is there any one try to downgrade from 4.4.2 by flasing custom Rom 4.1.2/4.3 like ARHD.zip instead of flashing Rom.tar with mobile odin. any one try/success?
2. I have Android 4.3 with MJ5 BL and planing to upgrading to 4.4.2, it's worth to flash KK BL or stay with MJ5 BL.
3. (Related with 2) Is there any relationship with BL and battery (I mean: Can incompatible BL makes battery drain).
Thanks.

So, what happens if you try to flash a Jelly Bean bootloader over the KitKat locked bootloader? I don't have this device, but I've searched and searched and can't find a solid answer to this. Is there something about the KK bootloader that prevents you from flashing the stock JB bootloader?
