see there is no harm in upgrading ; u can revert back anytime by flashing stock rom

i have done it myself and its completely safe
There are few changes which i don't like after ugrading
1 No gestures which can be replaced by few gud Launchers like Nova
2 Contact menu all changed
3 No Gallery (already mentioned)
these r few big changes alongwith some small one which i don't remember now..
yes u have to unroot it to get update on air
but you can root it again. (some google search will help here)
please let me know if your battery's charging at 100% or it struck at 99%
