Does anyone have a similar problem? Any advice what could be the reason? I followed guides to prevent Google Play Services keeping device awake (although I could not find an option to prevent waking up a device) but there is no difference in battery drain

Cheers!

Check the battery stats!
You can't just blindly try random fixes

I tried CrDroid for longer time which has some features from CM, Omni,. Paranoid and others and is 4.4.4 also so it's like CM11 and it got much better battery life but was kinda unstable and I reverted back to Honami V4 on Jelly Bean 4.1 which is the best rom for now. I tried pure CM11 but only for a few minutes, I didn't like it as much as Carbon or CrDroid I suggest to stay on 4.1, it's really irritating to charge battery even 2 times a day.

A6ekAK, thank you

Honami V4 on Jelly Bean 4.1. is stock ROM by Sony. Am I right?

EDIT: I just found out that Honami is actually Xperia Z rom. You're running Xp Z rom in Xp S?
