Regarding CSC, it still remains on BTU if you do not change it intentionally.

Regarding unrooting, please refer to the towel-root's instruction, as I'm not familiar with this method. I personally used CF-Autoroot.

There was an error with Country of Origin database in the previous release.
Please update app (v1.9.7) on the Play Store to fix. Thanks.

Tips:

If you recently updated your firmware or install new apps, please update the Secret Codes list as it may change.

To update, open the Menu > 'Secret Codes' > Menu > Rebuild List.

hello im looking to buy a new galaxy s5, testing with this app it says the phone is original, but the charger connector counter reads more than 200times. is that normal? does samsung check their ports so many times before marketing them? any one with similar experience here? thanks.

That happens but rarely. Some users have complain about that, but I don't know why.
You can test if the counters work properly or not by plugging/unplugging the cable and see if the counters increase or not.

It's also possible to change the motherboard of a phone and still make it look like new. I don't believe it's new if has a count of about 200. How did you check the counts when you've not even bought the phone? It also need to be rooted before you can see that statics I believe! How did you check the counts when it has not been paid for and rooted?

Well the phone isn't sealed packed, the seller claims its new (looks new in every possible way), I checked with the app. The phone isn't rooted, still giving me those reads. I've checked several other unrooted devices, it doesn't require root.
