Sooo im sorry to say that but...
I dont get it... It is so different from normal flashing ROM...
i will say everything i know :

i had to download that only file that is here called: cm-11-20141004-UNOFFICIAL-BETA-20_byRastomanchik-primou.zip (i downloaded version 20 bcs i dont want 29 coz of that calling bug)
so i downloaded it
in your super fast tutorial you said i have boot.img in archive and before that i have to clear systen, data, casche and dalvik = i done it
so it is clear... in that zip i downloaded there is .img called boot
your next step is, flash boot from PC...
how the heck have i to do that? by using fastboot folder? if yes, i tried it... connected HTC ONE V to PC (in fastboot mode) and first of all i wrote fastboot devices.. ive got id so it is connected...
now i wrote: fastboot flash boot.img
NOTHING HAPPEND
and im done there.. idk what to do....
can anyone please give me full, detailed instrucions?
thx to anyone and sorry for question like this, im just total noob here (not that totalyynoob, bcs i flashed rom for about 7 times (correctly) XD )

Hi Mondop,
You have done everything correctly except for that flashboot command.
What you have written is "fastboot flash boot.img" but the correct command is "fastboot flash boot boot.img".
I hope it helps.

THX it worked HTC correctly booted up with CM11

Now i have big problem.
Since i dropped my mobile and cracked screen like 2 moths ago, my display response working just on 80% of the screen (there is some places that are not resposible by touch)ň
I have no budged to pay for repair...

So im asking you if you can in new version of this ROM make turning screen on by default? because im stuck at choosing language because im not able to touch NEXT icon ://// so please make auto rotetion there and even on homescreen by default if it is able
