Ok, I managed to run the ROM after setting A2SD. I think it is hardware issue, broken sd card or internal memory.

One more, how to avoid "Low Space" message from Google Play? I know its A2SD issue - since I got enough space on internall/sd-ext, and where should I put "LowSoundFix.apk" and what permissions I should give to it.

Also Wifi Tethering with WPA and WPA2 PSK doesn't work for me... is this a common issue? I don't want to share my Internet connection with other people.
